Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Process

1.    Get bankruptcy kit.

2.    Complete the online pre-filing credit counseling.

3.    Get your credit reports.

4.    Fill out the kit and print your list of creditors.

5.    File at your Federal Bankruptcy Court.

6.    Within 30 days of filing complete the post-filing credit counseling online.

7.    File the completion certificate with your court.

8.    Approximately 90 days after filing you should receive a discharge.
